The School of Materials Science and Engineering offers graduate programs that combine rigorous coursework with research opportunities spanning a wide range of materials-related fields. Students work closely with faculty mentors and engage in collaborative research across Georgia Tech's colleges, research centers, and interdisciplinary institutes.

Ph.D. admissions are generally granted with financial assistance in the form of graduate research assistantships.
